Continuity error

In the 'Goofs' section there is one mention. The described continuity error is not a real one imo. The doll could have picked up by a soldier or policeman and thrown on the platform. You could even argue that it was not the same Nono doll the nurse picked up as it was filmed from a distance and not identifiable.
