Okay, I give up - what was the curse? [SPOILER][SOLVED]

Watched this on Sundance Channel the other night. Despite four passes through (and my Irish family ear), I could not decode exactly what the curse was at the end. No closed caption to help, either. Can anyone enlighten me?
