Live and Let Die
Is it just me, or does the some of the music in this film sound like a cheap knock-off of Paul McCartney's "Live and Let Die"? Not that that's a bad thing at all by the way, I think it made the film even better.

shareThat's true. I saw it last night and noticed it straight away.
There's also a camp take on the Robocop theme tune when the Geisha turns in to a tank and a very Rocky-esque theme near the robot building's destruction.
Gotta say, it was a pretty *beep* movie.
It very well could be. There's one piece of background music from this film's Sushi Typhoon/Funimation Companion, Frankenstein Girl vs Vampire Girl, that sounds almost exactly like Oasis' Don't Look Back In Anger. I think both films used the same composer, too.
Said composer seems to be rather fond of Jimmy Hart versions of songs...
