1. over 1.5 million children living in extreme poverty, physically disabled people, people with cancer who cant work, families, children are living on the streets,
2. Social assistance rates were axed in 1998 and have not increased since then. The average disability pension is $700 a month
3. The health care system is tanked, huge cutbacks to funding for BC medical because of a little thing called the 2010 olympics,
4. Corrupt Governments, lying politicians and govt offiicials, no job creation other than in minimum wage sectors that provide no benefits,Canada bas become the missippi of the north.
5. Most people cannot even afford to pay rent never mind own their owh home, rising food prices, gasoline prices, , natural gas prices to heat homes is out of control, inflation is killing the working class,
6. Most families cannot afford to pay for post secondary education and the BC liberals have cut and eliminated funding for education and education grants,
7. The Harper Govt has eliminated funding for ALL women's programs, women's health, womens shelters, rape counelling etc and legal aid for women facing a divorce, no reprensentation in the courts for women unless they are very wealthy, Women are no longer allowed to lobby for, or strike for equal pay with men, it was passed through the legislature several months ago, any union supporting its female members will be fined by the Cdn Govt.
8. Its legal to smoke crack on the street but not to light up a cigarette - rising crime, rising domestic violence and abuse --

Those aren't reasons to hate people living in Canada. That was the argument here, remember? Those are reasons to hate the government. Congratulations you proved nothing. That reflects nothing on the population of Canada. If I looked up American statistics they would be far far worse and you know it so I don't know why you would fight a battle this way. America is by far the most messed up, disgusting country in the world. You aren't only corrupt, you corrupt other countries as well. Honestly, you can't argue another country is worse then the States.

I don't know where you pulled this out of. It isn't even a statistic far from something proven or true throughout Canada. They are planning on having a supervised place for people to smoke crack in Vancouver but how could you argue that a bad thing? People are going to do drugs. Wouldn't you rather them in a safe environment when doing so rather than high on the streets?
Besides all this, I can hardly take your argument seriously if you can't cite where you found this. Some of it is true but most of it looks like you just copied from some 10 year old's blog.

As a Schedule I substance, crack is not differentiated from cocaine and other coca products in the Criminal Code of Canada. However, the court may weigh the socio-economic factors of crack usage in sentencing. As a guideline, Schedule I drugs carry a maximum 7 year prison sentence for possession.
How is that legal?
Does the fact that there are poor people in the US mean that the entire population of the US are bad people? No. You cannot base your judgement of the people of a country on the government.
Also, i lolled so hard at #4. Are you saying that in the US the government isn's corrupt and the politicians don't lie? lolololololololol.
