Best comedy I've seen in years !!!

Although I don't watch as many as I used to, I might even say best film since I saw Bullhead (Rundskop) a 1,5 year ago.
Highly original story, fantastic script with loads of memorable quotes (f.e. "go kiss the anus of my sisters black cat"), great to me unknown actors except for Roseanna Arquette who I didn't recognize at first with her big scar. The virtual or miniature set was also a clever idea to keep the budget low. Nothing that I didn't like and for a movie that is real accomplishment. So good to see that Coxie still has it. Time to watch the original again.

Agreed. It was just good fun in an absurdest kind of way. It probably is supposed to be bitingly observational satire but screw that. It has style, model trains, a good cast including the biker chick from Weird Science and the oddly beautiful Angela Sarafyan. Been a while since I saw an Alex Cox film I could actually watch all the way through but this was pretty good.
