Just a few of them:
Quite a lot of shots from Brighton Rock.
The Michael Craig wages van heist film is Payroll (shame that the whole film never seems to be on TV).
The car chase and train robbery is from Robbery (some shots here in b/w although the film is in colour).
The Criminal - shots of Stanley Baker and Sam Wanamaker and prison scenes.
The Mutants - eye popping shot.
Orson Welles' The Trial - Anthony Perkins being chased shots.
Odd Man Out - James Mason shots.
There are also clips from the 1971 BBC version of Tom Brown's Schooldays and the Jimmy Edwards series Whack-O!

Thanks for that, I am definitely going to check out 'Payroll' and 'Robbery'. Those old crime capers are fantastic! If you like that kind of thing try 'Villain' with Richard Burton which is great too.

Just watched Payroll and it's really good - very ahead of its time, although made in 1961 it is much more like a 70s heist film.
