No tribute?

Anyone find it odd there was no "In Memory Of" for Miguel Ferrer tonight?

I expected to see something but maybe it will be in a couple weeks when the show airs again...maybe they will do a classy episode like the did for Ralph Waite.

The cast did all make nice instagram posts about Miguel.

Yes! I was really waiting for them to say something.

There should have been something. Big or small. A mention. I came here to see if anyone else thought it was weird also and I guess I'm not alone.

Not very classy CBS.

Sky 1 did in England after last weeks episode.

You're a survivor arent you sidney?

maybe they will do a tribute for Miguel Ferrer in the next episode? The most recent episode that aired was probably filmed and edited long before Miguel Ferrer died in real-life...so I think they'd probably kill off Granger in a future ep and do a whole tribute ep dedicated to him.

When Gary Glasberg died, they had a tribute immediately...

Potential SPOILERS!!!!!

The showrunners probably decided not to 'spoil' Granger's fate with a tribute to Ferrer at the end of this episode. This suggests his fate will be somewhat drawn out.

He must have had a hand in 'interfering' with the Middle East interventions by the CIA. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been specifically targeted for a stabbing.

His stabbing makes Hetty's precautionary moves all the more salient and poignant. Too bad she couldn't protect her boss, especially if he pridefully reject such efforts in his weakening condition.

I hope they'll kill Granger, then put tribute to Miguel in closing credits.

Like some posters stated, his character's not dead, yet. Probably when they show him for the last time, they will post.. in memory of ...
Unlike Glasberg who was not seen on the show(NCIS).

They better do something big considering he worked knowing all along that he wasn't in great health. Talk about a Man's Man! And an Actor's Actor. I'll followed his career since the original RoboCop and my respect for him grew 10 fold!

There will be, they probably didn't have enough time as it was already filmed and probably wanted to wait until the character gets killed off. They finally did a brief mention at the end of NCIS when Ducky's "mother" passed away in real life and it was several months, so they will do something and something bigger than Gibbs dad (Ralph Waite), but they need to plan it just right.

On Rizzoli & Isles when Lee Young committed suicide years ago, they halted filming for awhile & then came back and used the episodes they had & when they filmed a new one, it was devoted to his death and that's when they did the "In Memory of..."
