MB Antisemitism

This film almost completely ignores the most prevalent form of antisemitism in the world today, which is Islamic antisemitism. In the context of the Holocaust, in the 1940s the Muslim Brotherhood supported Adolph Hitler and his final solution; millions of Muslim Brotherhood adherents and other Muslims still take the same line today. Why was that left out of this documentary about "defamation?" The only way antisemitism can be seen as insignificant if if one ignores this big elephant in the room.
