Tablets of Destiny?

This movie (Midas Box) was certainly beautiful, and the story had potential, but I thought it really dragged. The younger actors didn't seem very invested and the action was dull and slow-paced. I haven't read the books, but I do hope the filmmakers continue with the series and make Mariah Mundi and Tablets of Destiny http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2505478/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1.
I really wanted to like this movie, as it ticks a lot of my boxes-of-interest.
