Is it possible for her to be Asian if he is white? Even if the mom was Asian, the kid would have white features.

No he isn't. He has one grandparent who is Filipino, and Filipinos are already mixed with Spanish. His one daughter was way too Asian, even if the mom was Asian she would have still been far more mixed. Also his blonde daughter was way too blonde. But it was just all part of the joke I guess, them being 95% their mother like Kevin James said.

OP, news flash to you, Asian genes are pretty dominant. I have a neighbor who married a very Caucasian woman and both their kids look predominantly Asian. It's not the only case I've seen.
In fact I think Caucasian genes are a bit more recessive overall when it comes to mixed kids. I think Caucasian / African american kids are beautiful
My cousin is married to a Filipino woman, and both of his children look very Filipino.
