Should I see the original before seeing this

I kind of want to see this since I enjoy zombie movies, but I'm debating if it's worth it to see Pride and Prejudice first? And if so which one because apparently there are like 6.

Having zero knowledge about this story, I watched Zombie first and THEN the version from 2005 and do not regret doing so. I felt that had I known the original, Zombie would not have sutprised me as it did storywise. Cheers!

There are a whole lot of versions of Pride & Prejudice. 1940 is a theatrical release, as is 2005. 1980 and 1995 are multi-part series made for television.

But Bridget Jones's Diary and Bride and Prejudice are also based on this wonderful novel.

I have seen P&P&Z 3 times and the blu-ray will arrive later this month. I loved it.

In short, you really can't go wrong.
