Where is Under the Hood on the DVD?

I just purchased the Blu-Ray DVD of Tales of the Black Freighter. The menu displays the Special Features: Story Within a Story, the 1st chapter of the Watchmen motion comic and a preview of Green Lantern. Below all that is the Tales of the Black Freighter but I can't find Under the Hood listed anywhere on the disc. The packaging indicates that it is on the disc.

Also the digital copy won't play on my iMac.

Has anyone else had these problems of did I get a defective DVD?

Okay, I found Under the Hood on my DVD. Apparently viewing Under the Hood becomes an option after Tales of the Black Freighter concludes. In fact when I start the DVD it doesn't display a menu of options but just goes straight into the Black Freighter. If I press Top Menu on my remote it show the other extras but not Under the Hood unless Black Freighter has already finished.

I've never had a DVD structured like this. Is this how everyone's works? And I found out digital copies don't play on Macs.
