Possibly The Most Genius Thing Ever...

Collegehumor will be the death of me.

I seriously have never had an obsession before, but I think this may be my first. I was so excited to hear that "Hardly Working" got picked up as a series, and seriously disappointed to hear it would only be six episodes long.

The characters they've developed are so...over-the-top that it's pretty convincing. Jeff is so "pe-yomp!" Amir is obnoxious (which I see as a good thing). Jake is so stereotypical (in a good way, of course). Streeter's too cool. Dan is hilarious in every aspect of the word. Sara's not only beautiful; but she's clever, too. Sam's absolutely wonderful. Ricky is the icing on top of the cake. BUT...Patrick's my absolute favorite. His subtle pathetic-ness(?) gets me everytime. I just want to give him a hug and tell him everything will be alright. LOL.

I honestly hope that the show will be picked up for another season; but until then I eagerly await their return to the small screen by watching them on the *slightly smaller* screen at collegehumor.com.

Same here. CH and Derrick Comedy were my first (and only) obsessions. All the characters are so fantastic. Dan is my personal favorite and Pat is second. Those two are top dogs because of their acting ability. They really made me realize that to pull off funny skits you HAVE to act well. Streeter and Amir are next, then the rest are equally awesome. No one is a bad actor, that's for certain.

Is it wrong to assure a young girl that she's ugly? I mean what's wrong with not being pretty?

Psych.

Regina Spektor?
EDIT: Ha. I forgot what my signature was.

And, yes. I was reading the Nim's Island thread, and thought I'd see what you're up to.

i'll always think of patrick as creepy because of the valentine's day sketch and dan's best character is the obnoxious lewd commentator and he does that so much better than anything else that i feel like he's obnoxious.

i guess i like amir, jeff, and sarah the best.

If you guys are hooked on CH and DC, then make sure not to risk being exposed to PICNICFACE, you will be even more hooked...

Damn you, YT and your easily-accessible sketchcom...

Patrick's my favorite too
I think he's sexy

reply

That is true. He is pretty darn "sexy."

Streeter's my favourite. Like the OP said, he's just too cool! Dan always gets the creepy parts, but he's an amazing actor. I love Sarah too, I wish she was in the sketches more often!

As for the sexyness of the show, my vote's on Ricky. That man is beautiful.

I do not agree with your signature...Mainly because I was a cheerleader and couldn't dance at all. Just saying.

I always feel that the people with any sort of celebrity status automatically become hotter. We instantly enamor them more just because we don't actually know them. On that note, yes I think Ricky is beautiful, also. But, believe he's too old for me. So...

reply

Well, my signature is just a Bring It On quote, which I use mainly out of bitterness for never getting to be a cheerleader myself.

Yup, you're right about the celebrity thing. Also, anyone linked to humor shows automatically earns several extra hotness points in my world.
But Ricky... No, he's beautiful regardless.
