Hard to watch but well worth it. 'Spoilers' Its rough to take.

Can't give too much away but this is heavy going in places.

Child abuse fighting and so on great acting and the end....????

Almost makes you weep.
Feel good movie but its rough getting there and well worth the journey.
Stay seated during the credits.
At least its a happy ending. :-)
Could have been written by Dickens.

Love film love cinema keep the suits at bay.

Are the writers in the end credits because some of the people who did scribes the screenplay dont seem to have been acknowledged?

I agree!
My husband HATES movies with the child abuse in ect so when he came and sat to watch it with me I was surprised, even he thought it was great. I thought whoever played Kev did an EXCELLENT job with his voice.
I can't believe I don't have the book to it!!
