Exactly! I thought the same... it was pretty naive to think that such a pretty 18 yo girl would spent so much time online and looking for love(?) besides I know this was back in 06 but that wasn't that long ago, maybe Brian could ask her to videochat or something, I've been using internet since 1998 and I remember going into chatrooms back in 2000 and making jokes to my fellow classmates ... so I trust the old saying that if something (someone) is too good to be true, it probably isn't... even now in 2015 with tinder and whatsapp and all that, you've gotta have some security filters when you met someone online!
Many people like to hookup this way. Many teens and twenty, thirty somethings grew up in the explosion of digital age.
