While the scene in the EE was funny, I didn't think it served any real point and it was kinda just... there.
What did you think?
It's not possible to have a mature conversation with a dimwit. Everyone knows that. Except dimwits.
I think it shows a first (failed) attempt at fixing their problem, and is reasonable a point to me.
I also think the reasons for deleting it is that the effects are below par, and the timing of the speeches are not very good.
