For me the funniest moment is when Alex just made the wish and the parents walked by each other and jerry was telling justin that he was "dibs" on her. Idk why but i thought that was realy funny

There were so many moments that made me laugh, haha! The moment that had me in guffaws, however, belonged to when Justin is sinking in the quicksand and Alex is trying to look at the map, taking her time.

^Lol! Yeah, Jerry was hilarious in that scene.
-The subway car scene, when Harper is freaking out and Alex is so calm. "I had the map the upside down!" Kind of like when Justin was sinking in quick sand.
-Similarily, when they're in the forest. Alex is looking at the map and says something like, "The mountains are so far away!" *Justin turns the map rightside-up* "Now they're so close!" Lol!

The part that always gets me is when Max is trying to get Theresa to remember him in beginning and he says something like, in this baby-ish voice while pinching his dimples, "Aww the cutest little boy in the whole world!" and when Theresa just kind of looks at him his face gets all serious and he's like..."Or are those just words to you?"
hahhah. I don't know why but the way he says that last line always makes me laugh. Poor Max.
Oh gosh, their were so many funny moments! But I don't think these have been mentioned:

The funniest part for me is when Theresa spilled a drink on Jerry, Theresa was shocked that she did that! Actually both of them were pretty shocked!
Theresa: "I'm sorry, I don't know why I just did that!"
...and I think that was the magician who said "the other way"...wasn't Justin trying to get out of the quick sand? I don't know, I'll have to watch again.
Lol, ok, just a sign I need to watch the movie again. Oh, darn.
