is terrible. and the text looks eerily similar to the Hunger Games font. Makes me think they are using that huge success to try and market this film.

It’s indeed terrible and looks incredibly cheap. Who are they trying to fool by making a small, art-house feature looking like straight-to-video Hunger Games? Pretty desperate and quite pathetic. Also, Carmel-by-the-Sea sounded much better than The Forger.

as desperate and pathetic as it is it's not uncommon. doesn't really bother me unless the movie's a waste of money. at least they're just aiming it towards a small amount of people susceptible to subliminal advertising instead of Paranormal Activity 3 for example with half of the trailer not even show up in the movie.

I was thinking the same, and even if it's a bad advertising effort it makes you think it is like an action movie, it has nothing to do with it

I thought this movie was entitled: The Forge
and thought it was something like a medieval story
so I watched it

boy was I wrong...
