Things I learned from watching 'The Forger'

1) If are dealing in illegal activities; never threaten an old lady that has nothing to live for. Odds are she will show up at your birthday party and ruin your life.

2) If you are a successful forger, you might want to invest on something called a "door lock". It is sad enough that a 15 year old can break into your home, but when a 90 year old woman does it; you might as well leave out milk and cookies.

3) After you have been punched and beaten on the head with a cue ball make sure you seek out the person that did it, so you can hook them up with your sister.

4) If you make a living from forging paintings, always make sure you have businesses on the side that make you lose all the money that you made with each fake painting that you sold.

5) If you work in child services and your child's new guardian gets arrested for forgery, make sure you set the kid up with a 90 year old ex-con who's husband died of cyanide poisoning and who's children died in a massacre. I'm sure he will be in good hands.

6) If you are a forger make sure that you have a shiny button in your living room that draws everybody's attention towards the secret room where all the evidence that could put you in jail for a very long time is located. Now that's living on the edge.

7) Make sure you tell off a teacher that is trying to do his job. "Excuse me Miss Penatierre, could you please go back to class?" "WTF is your problem man?! Give her a break and mess with someone your own size!" Don't worry, you won't look like an idiot.

That's about it in a nutshell. Beautiful Carmel setting and Molina and Bacall were the draws for me. I fast forwarded through the love blossoms stuff.
