really?!

Are we running out of subjects for films? Every other movie is somehow tackling a gay issue. If your a straight male or female, are you that bored to watch a film like this one? Im not trying to bash the film but i love the tag line "married man and his male lover"! Cant wait to see this one!

reply

Are you kidding me? You sound like a white man whining about affirmative action. 99% of films are still about and for straight people. Get over it.

reply

Exactly, the majority of the films out there are about heterosexual love. Since people still find the subject a delicate issue.

But talk about creativity when 1/2 of the films that are coming out are about marvel comics, now thats what you should be complaning about and not about films about a gay subject matter.

reply

Not only are the majority of films straight ones, but when gay movies are made, they aren't marketed for the general public. Rather, they're meant for gay venues (gay film festivals, gay TV channels, etc.) alone, so most straight people are a lot less likely to encounter them, unlike straight movies which are out there for everyone to see and not limited only for straight people's consumption.

As for married man and his male lover, I guess you were one of the folk who think marriage equals heterosexuality. Surprise, surprise, it's not like that. Not in the reality and certainly not in movies.

Your saying that all those straight movies that are coming out are great!! What planet do you come from And anyway no one is forcing you to watch gay flavored movies . They are for the discerning , not someone who watches marvel comics!!

You mean you've seen lots of Peruvian films, focusing on gay/heterosexual issues in small traditional Catholic fishing communities? Lucky guy?🐭
