The real solution to their dilemma was obvious, and it wasn’t talking

I hate it when this happens.

The ENTIRE MOVIE is based on the premise that when the women took a vote two of the three choices were a tie.

The most obvious solution at that point is to HOLD ANOTHER VOTE with two choices instead of three. That would’ve settled the issue without all the drama.

But we wouldn’t’ve had a movie had they done that.

Unfortunately, when logic is tossed out like this it makes it nearly impossible for me to take the rest of the movie seriously.

It’s like when I saw the very opening scene of “The Village” I knew what was going on - how? M. Night always does twists AND cameos. The only way he could do a cameo uncovered the twist, and I was right.
