Raiding tombs is unethical

If you're as hot as Alicia Vikander I'd be fine letting you raid tombs.

That's why she brings guns. To shoot whoever not allowing her to raid tombs, duh.

In the older games Lara was much more of an antihero. They are struggling with the narratives in the new games because they are forcing her to be "good". Which means they have to come up with bad guys with motivations that make it "ok" for her to go after artifacts
