Where would Miss Georgianna go?

I might have missed something, but was it ever discussed as to where Miss G. would live when her house was sold? Contrary to some of the other reviews, this was a good movie, in my opinion. I cared about the characters, and the story didn't drag on too long. Where would she move to when she no longer had her house?

Maybe move in with her niece? Assisted living? You are right; I never heard where she was moving to...

She would take the profits from the house, and get a condo, or a small house. Or move in with her niece or someone we didn't see.

They didn't say but I suspect she wouldn't leave town. Probably assisted living or maybe her niece. I can't see her moving two lifetimes of furniture and keepsakes into a condo. Probably have to have an estate sale and storage as well.

I don't know everything. Neither does anyone else

It's nice to hear someone else actually likes this movie. I'm a very selective cinema viewer and I liked this, with the caveat you do have to suspend some disbelief. I can understand where people are coming from who say the plot could be stronger, or that the accents are a bit overdone. It is a bit like Hollywood's bucolic idea of the south more than what a North Carolina town is really like nowadays. But still, those possible flaws notwithstanding, I found it a rather pleasant way to spend two hours. It's not about a supercharged plot; it's about living with the characters.

And the fact that there's no violence and no sex. Not only is there no sex as part of the plot, but sex is never even referred to any way even glancingly. And almost no profanity. Yet the movie was aimed at adults. I'm not saying clean always equates with good quality, because it doesn't. But I found that aspect quite refreshing.
