This film was obviously about the problem of hazardous waste being stored in inappropriate places but somehow the whole main story theme must have been edited out just leaving the peripheral romance stories. Really intriguing. Would love to know the full story behind this film. We saw just a flash of the accident with the trucks hauling the hazardous waste but sure there was much more to this.

It is quite bizarre about how the main thread of the story derailed like so many barrels of hazardous waste. It's very strange that the hazardous waste didn't harm anyone after all, but perhaps that would have been too obvious. This does feel extremely choppy, especially at the end, and the bonus features are no help whatsoever.
