Great Story, Great Man

I am not the biggest baseball fan, and I had never heard of this pitcher before as it was a bit before my time. Despite those factors, I LOVED this story. El Tiante is an amazing athlete, role model, son, and teacher. He is what all professional athletes should strive to be. After reviewing his stats (which are not that remarkable) I think this guy should most definately be in the Hall of Fame, if not for his not numbers, definately for the X factors he provided to the game.

I was familiar was familiar with Luis Tiante, but needed a refresher. I'd forgotten how artful he was in delivery. But the thing that struck me most about The Lost Son of Havana was that it was a genuine story about regular real people with true feelings. I have seen such in a kitchen here or there on my way, but not in a film.
