I know this is of topic,kinda and I may not get an answer. But I always have wondered how Russians (Slavs) want to be Neo-Nazi skinheads? Didn't Adolph consider them "sub-humans"? So I wonder what some of these Russian skins grandparents would think about this. The ones who died in places like Stalingrad and Kursk.

Well, you are trying to find a rational answer amongst irrational people. Put simply, Russia is full of many xenophobic racist people. Nazi iconography is easily identifiable and easy to rally around. It is ironic indeed, because der fuhrer did hate slavs and russians. What they are doing is just taking the aspect of it as a symbol of hate.
Unfortunately, Russia has way too many skinheads and people who think with this ignorant barbaric mentality.
