Just to sort out confusion here r/o

Ok first off, I actually did enjoy this movie a lot. I grew up watching horror movies so there's not really anything that could shock me in a movie. The thing I loved about this though is that they actually did show all the blood/gore & I wasn't expecting to see that much from it. It was like one of those fun 80's slashers where everyone think's it's ridiculous & cheesy but you still like it.

The only thing that I'm not fond of is the sequence, so the FIRST half of the film where the guys friend comes in, pours the liquid over her & deforms her..NEVER happened then? Was it all a dream he was having? This is the thing that made some of the people I watched it w/ aggravated b/c a few left the room to grab some stuff & came back completely confused once the next sequence took effect, forcing up to restart the movie. Are we supposed to ignore the first half (dream, etc) & only go by the ending where they all died? For the record I'm just curious as to what others said, I'm not really posting this to get into a "It sucked battle" Vs "It didn't suck" I don't watch horror for Academy Award material, I watch it for fun lol

I think I'm near the end now, and I don't know what the hell's going on. Or what we're supposed to think. I've seen worse, I guess...but I really do not know what happened or is happening...or if what I'm seeing is real, or what. That bit in the middle with the flashbacks and stuff...I'm so confused.

I gave up trying to make sense of it. Couldn't follow what was real vs. dream vs. flashbacks. I ended up watching it for the shock value and gore (a.k.a. for fun).

You have to have a buttload of shooms before watching it for it to make any sense. Even then it's about an hour and a half of the sickest stuff ever with about 20 minutes of WTF thrown in the middle for no apparent reason.
