I'm sure it's her. Aside from the fact that it looks like her in the face, Her name is Connie Deveaux. I don't see the difference in skin tone but She could be tanned on the Ray J show, or those pics could have been in different lighting. The pics look sort of old also. It's definitely her.

She probably is 5'5". She looks taller on the show because they wear heels when they're on a date with Ray and he's 5'7" or 5'8".

I noticed that she was one of the shortest girls on the show. She looks lighter in the photos prob because of the lights they use in model photograhy and photoshop.
