I would rather be friends with a mouldy cornish pasty...

...because a mouldy cornish pasty would no doubt exude more fun, intelligence, conversation and modesty.

Seriously its a good job Paris is famous cos she has the personality of a plank of wood. She doesnt seem very interesting or smart, and she doesnt seem to care that shes boring. And whats worse is that the others dont seem to care, they keep waffling on about how much they love her. And Paris is dumb if she believes its for her personality, cos its so obviously for her fame... i bet if she was a normal girl who came in as a new employee at their work theyd all slag her off and b8tch about her!

She also seems a little frightened of them all, like shes a bit worried in case they try and snog her (which wouldnt surprise me) although I cant blame her, its grounds for stalking if you go on a game show and slog your guts out to be mates with a total stranger!

Triple thumbs up!!!

I only watch this show for the accents, and b/c it takes place in Britain, which I am obsessed with!

No doubt we will get responses from die-hard fans - "Why come to this board if you don't watch the show?!"

This show makes it sound like a friend is an accessory - and a British one, well that's high-class. She wants a BBF just to have someone to hang out with whenever she's in the UK - pretty pathetic. Does she just hang her BBF in a closet til her next trip to London??

She does seem scared of them - she's very stone-faced.

And did you see her walk from her throne during the last episode - where is she, on a catwalk??

And all those girls crying over her, like she's this incredible person - "oh she's so great, I luv her" So silly...

I'm sorry for sounding so mean, and I usually refrain from slagging off Paris cuz I honestly do not know her - but just based on the show, and the whole idea of the show -- it's like she's buying or ordering a friend - it's like wanting a gay friend to complete yr collection... will she have a friend in every country?

How about the Bureau of Magic and Spellcasting?

LOL, Paris would never try to make friends in places that haven't heard of her!

Sometimes the difference between self-amusement and self-actualization is less than you think.

I'd feel ashamed of myself if I had her lifestyle, when children in Africa are starving to death. I honestly don't think I could live with myself, I'd feel like I was damning myself to hell. She's also not good-looking in the slightest.
