Her Australian Accent Evident in High Noon?

I watched this movie tonight. It's been years since Emilie was on Roswell and had an American accent. I heard her Australian accent coming through during several scenes. Not that I'm complaining. I'll watch anything with Emilie. It was a little distracting.

Also distracting that a hot woman in her twenties was a police lieutenant.

I didn't notice her accent coming through, but I did notice the over pronunciation like she was trying to cover it up. It wasn't really distracting (and I think this has been my favorite NR movie, partly because they actually cast both lead roles well) but I see what you mean.
