I watch Will and Grace everynite and the commercial for this movie comes on every 5 seconds. This part cracks me up every time,lol. Anyone else?

Yeah, it's funny, but, it's also a little bit unrealistic to me. It's highly doubtful that parents today would not know what "google" is, especially those with children. Let's hope that the show itself is not as unrealistic.

I know my father doesn't know what Google is. It isn't very unrealistic. Not everyone is as computer literate as some may think. Some people do not even have computers.

Yes, of course, I realize that not everyone has a computer; I am not naive. If you watch the movie, then you see that they (the mother and the child) are a upper/middle class family. I just think that it's a bit unlikely that the parent of a teenage child would not know the basic "search engine" on the internet. Anyway, this is just my opinion. Btw, I watched this and it was not funny at all. Not funny.

I don't think the movie was supposed to be funny anyways. It's about stress and pressure.
Also, I don't believe it was supposed to be took as she didn't know what google was, but more about the words usage.
