Series 3, episode 7 ends with Sara logging on to Neil's laptop and seeing the stolen Nazi loot.
How did she know or glean his password?

All I can think of is that Neal left the page open on the treasure when he shut the lid to the lap top. But I cannot believe that even Neal wouldn't be that stupid.

Check minute 29 on that episode. On the scene where Neal plays guitar and talks to Sara, she sees the reflection of the screen on the guitar.
