Undercover?

Really enjoyed the movie
But

So many things you just would never do being undercover in such a dangerous arena

Sleeping at home with your real wife and children.
Introducing your "aunt" to one of the bosses
Those loud conversations outside clubs etc
Or was it just me ?

reply

Agreed, though I still really enjoyed the movie.

Worst scene of all, hands down: (and no not the restaurant / cake scene, which was also absurd)

Just before the wedding, in the hotel lobby they meet a few of the top Medellin guys, and Escpbar walks by....

2 minutes later, the two agents are standing just before the exit doors, talking out loud about the case and what should happen next, AND THERE'S A DOOR MAN STANDING 3 FEET AWAY !

These people would have been dead long ago, being that stupid.

reply

Yup.I concur.
A massive risk considering the possible consequences.

Agreed it made the movie almost seem like a comedy in parts when it came really close to being a really hard hitting serious thriller

But like I said I really enjoyed it

And I for one had problems with believing he had a fiancée (ie he looked like he was married with a couple of kids)
