The Laugh Track...

...has got to go! I mean the show is not that funny to begin with but the laugh track is extremely obnoxious and takes away from those moments where I might have actually laughed. Not only is it something we should have dropped once leaving the eighties, it's not even varied - it's the same freakin two or three soundbites over and over again. I have gotta ask, what the heck were they thinking, who is getting paid to not even try?

I mean it feels like they're trying to redo Gary & Mike - but that at least had a higher percentage of funny and I don't remember any obnoxious laugh tracks. Jeeze, I mean ABC should have brought back Slacker Cats even though that didn't really fit with the channel, this doesn't fit and it stinks!

Nick want to really strike gold? Remember Avatar? Bring us something like that, at least pay the creators of that show gobs of money and hope they pity your network enough to come up with another show.
Oh wait, here's another idea - bring back Mister Meaty! You want a weird and funny show that pushes envelopes - I'll take that.

They removed the laugh track a month ago.

I suggest you watch Gary & Mike on youtube. GMDDS is way funnier.

I wholeheartedly agree with the OP. I tried to give this show a chance, but the laugh track was so annoying I couldn't watch an entire episode. If they really did remove the laugh track then I might try watching again.

Yeah, they removed it. I agree with the OP though. It's unnecessary for this show. There were times where I would hear the laugh track and I would be like "wait, what was so funny?" And the worst is when the characters look like they're waiting for the laugh track. But, at least they finally got rid of it.

what a lot of people didn't realize is that they were sort satirizing laugh tracks. sometimes they purposely over used it that it got ironic. But they did remove it after LESS THAN A *beep* MONTH. But it is definately more enjoyable with out it and they could take the show in a different direction from being a parody of sitcoms.
