Parents Who Think This is Inappropriate

It is played once a week. When it changes from nick to nick @ nite, they are obligated to play more adult shows. name one time it has been advertised outside the nick at nite block since August. Take charge, don't let your kids watch the show, if your so upset with occasional sexual innuendo and very very infrequent mild language and comedic violence. They have the rating for a reason, TVPG, some TV14. If your so worried about your kids, be a responsible parent instead of just bitching to Nick.

Well said!

I would normally agree with you, but I don't think a show like that should come on 8pm on a kids channel. I think it should come on at 10.

How about you get real austinp. Are you even a parent? A responsible one?

Because we are being responsible parents and thats why we are on here apaled by the content of the show! Responsible parents are actually aware of the shows our kids are being exposed to. Did you forget that Nickelodoen is a KIDS network? Therefore the content of ANY show on this network should be appropriate for kids. Nick at nite is obligated to play adult shows? Please enlighten me on why a kids network is obligeted to play adult shows? Its not even on during teen nick which teen nick is for "teens" not adults. Most importantly, what adult watches nickelodeon?
I dont care if its played one day out of the week or one minute of the week, the issue is that its clearly not for kids. Talking about G-Spots, insinuating masterbating with a blow up doll and watching pornos while pleasuring himself is not appropriate for kids! I do take charge and do not let my son watch this, however parents should be able to have the confidence in a kids network to show age appropriate shows.

Clearly, you are the one that needs to get real austinp

Lilstein -

(1) Your spelling is terrible. It does not help present you as a "responsible" parent.

(2) The show is on at Nick at Night, not Nickelodeon. Nick at Nite also airs The Nanny and George Lopez. The Nanny is full of sexual innuendo, and Lopez often deals with teen sex in their storylines. Both go much farther than Glenn Martin. However, because they're reruns, no one ever bothers to examine their content.

reply

Yeah, no one complains George Lopez is on. Is that for kids, Lilstein? It's always suggesting Carmen and Max are having sex and drinking. Is that worse than Wendy suggesting Conner jacks off to his Jessica Alba poster?

My spelling is terrible? Please.

Does a "good" parent let their young children to be watching TV at 8pm on weeknights?

Oh yeah, and thanks for avoiding our questions about the rest of the nick at nite line up, and going to all the trouble by coming back here to make a point about your spelling, lilstein918.

Nickelodeon is a kids program. Nick at Nite is NOT a kids program. Yes, it's the same channel for both but little children should not be watching Nick at Nite because the shows they play during that time are NOT children shows.

PS- I don't watch this show. I was just pointing out that Nick at Nite is not for children!!

Not everything on Nick at Nite is bad but I agree some shows on there are iffy for kids. Its up to the parents to put blocks on there tv if they really don't want their kids watching it. I also know that they are playing That's 70 Show soon which is definitely not for kids.

Lilstein it is not nicks fault that you are so ignorant. Nick isn't just a kids network, hence the Nick at Night adult orientated block that has existed since 1985!

I fail to see how it is anyones fault but your own that you allow your child/ren to watch a channel without being aware of what is shown on it. It's the equivelant of taking your child to the cinema to see a film and then ranting because the cinema also shows films aimed at adults too.
