Steve Martin Reference?

Didn't care for this show when it came out, but something did peak my curiosity: his name. Actor Steve Martin's middle name is Glenn (Steve "Glenn Martin") and he's played a dentist in two films I know of. He played Orin Scrivello DDS in Little Shop of Horrors (1986), and Frank Sangster in Novacaine (2001). Not sure if this is a coincidence or if it was intentional, but either way I find it pretty funny.
