I thought Géraldine Martineau was 16 when this was filmed!
but she was around 21 at the time even though she didn't look older than 16
I was as surprised as you are when I found this out. She looks as young as her male costar!

In the movie, she's supposed to be mid teens but even in Europe, casting a young teen to be naked throughout the movie might be problematic.
Indeed, that was pretty obvious in retrospective. A double standard as well, as they had no problem with a young male teen running around in the buff.
