Classic cast!

I have not seen this movie, but the cast is just great!
The original "Beastmaster", the second coming of "Robin of Sherwood" and ...that guy... with the wide mouth from all those TV-series! Classic actors doing the veteran-fantasy-adventure! This is a great movie!;)

Hello Fredrik,
I understand your sentiment completely! I only wish the movie lived up to expectations such a great cast engenders. Unfortunately, for once, I found merit in the rather harsh criticisms leveled against this movie. I wasn't able to make it more than half way through it. Don't get me wrong, I still plan on watching the movie through to the end, but it will have to be at my own pace. I'm going to buy the d.v.d. for the reasons that first drew my interest, and continue my collection of "B"-movie diamonds-in-the-rough, but this one may take some time to complete. As inexpensive as d.v.d.'s are these days, I have no doubt I will still be pleased with the purchase, overall. Let me know what you think when you get a chance to watch it. I'll be interested in hearing your thoughts.

Take care!

D.A.

THINK....It's not illegal YET!

Collections are the way to go. I got this film plus five others in a fantasy collection for $5 in 2014. Now, I know you made your comment in 2009 but i've been buying DVD collections of B & Z movies since 2004 for as low as $0.50 (bargain bins, brand new) to $10.00 ranging from 2 films to 50 films. About 650 of my DVD collection are in such collections (with some A films for no more than $7.50-$10.00) 8 of which are 50 film collections.

Just got to know where to look.

I rather enjoy this DVD. Yes, it's pretty cheesy (how many Asylum films aren't?) but, that's part of what makes watching it so fun. Just give the film a chance and it won't disappoint.
