The producers of the show probably told them to both choose the person they felt the least connection with so they could easily 'break up' with them and make a second season cos u just know there's going to be a season two.

Yeah I heard they aren't really bisexual, and that they just did it for the money. That's why they both picked Trevor, because they both actually like men. There was an interview with the contestant Elise I think her name was, in which she said that the twins acted more naturally with the guys and seemed much more drawn to them, and that they didn't seem as interested in the girls.
From what I saw Rebekah seemed the PERFECT match for either of them, especially Vikki though. I thought for sure Vikki was going to pick her! Rebekah was so sweet and genuine. Trevor never seemed to know what he was saying and never showed any emotion. I would give anything to find a girl like Rebekah, she really seemed like she would be the best long term partner.
The MTV shot at love shows are all rigged to flop. Either that or they purposely pick the dumbest people ever because in all three of the seasons the WRONG person was picked. In the first season with Tila, Dani was the absolute best choice. She was so down to earth and genuine and in love with Tila. Bobby didn't seem to know what he was doing. In the second season, Bo was head over heals for Tila and Kristy was always a bit flaky, yet Tila chose the one who was into guys. How did Tila miss that? And this season, well I'm not going to rant again, just read my second paragraph, but all in all A Shot at Love is set up to fail. They do it for the money and then so they can do another season. If Tila had picked Dani there never would have been a Shot at Love 2. And, if she had picked Bo, well I can't say there never would have been A Double Shot at Love because it's different people, but she would not have been heart broken that's for sure. This time if either had picked Rebekah, it would have lasted. It was so obvious Rebekah was there for the right reasons and it would have been actual love.

I have to said that even though i think the only way this makes sense is to make another season...............I think karma is a iBtch. I love Vikki, and i think Rikki was only thinking of herself. Im glad she didnt get heart broken.

shareWatching the finale I knew the twins were going to pick Trevor. If you watch closely, they kept narrating that if both were to chose one then the contestant would have to choose. In shows, you don't keep reiterating a fact if it's not relevant.
Also, near the end of the finale, Rebekah said that she wanted Vikki and that she thought Vikki was perfect for her. (buzz kill for MTV)Happy endings never work out.
Finally, throughout the entire seasons (1,2 & 3) It seemed like both Tila and the Ikki twins were not really bisexual but just infatuation or just wanted to make out with women. They spent the whole season kissing on all the girls and kissing a third of the guys, but when it came down to it they pick the men. Interesting

Tila picked a girl in the 2nd season (who refused her) and later on she had a relationship with Courtenay Semel.
