Powerpuff Girls, fresh and clean

Kinda cool to see this all clean, if you know what I mean. All new.

Anyone agree?
Humor is OK so far...

I don't want to sound like a disappointed fan, but the bright, vibrant colors and the "clean" art really hurt my eyes.

The characters acted out of character and the pacing wasn't up to the old standards. It seems like every few seconds there would be a reaction shot of the characters with a "we're back on television AGAIN?" expression...

I'd rather have the old washed out style back. This felt less like a 10th anniversary special and more like an experiment with new technology.

Didn't care about the animation style but I loved watching this thing.

I thought it was great! I loved the ending with the peace bird repeating what Buttercup had said earlier

"Introduce him to Punchy McGee and Fisty McFlannagan!"

Had me cracking up!

Lets put a SMILE on that face!

This episode had me laughing from beginning to end. It was really hilarious! I loved how they decided to go completely insane with this.

I LIKED IT ALOT
I DIDNT LIKE HOW THEY CHANGED POWERPUFF AND DEXTERS STYLE AND EVEN PREFERED THEIR EARLIEST STYLE BUT OTHER THAN THAT I LOVED IT
ALL SO NWTHELEGEND SOUNDS LIKE HES REVIEWING A NEW STAR WARS MOVIE
EVERYTHING OLD=GOOD.
EVERYTHING NEW=SUCKS.

It felt like it moved twice as fast as a normal episode at times.

Though if you look in the show, it looks like Craig McCracken and his wife show up. They are the couple holding the crying puppy at the end. They also appear in Blossom's view of the world, with Craig's wife as one of the strong women of her utopia, and Craig as one of the subserviant males.

It was pretty slick animation at times, but I somewhat longed for the simpler style of the earlier seasons. I know sometime after Genndy Tartakovsky left Dexter's Laboratory, CN revived it, and the animation and new stories (not to mention Dexter's new voice) failed to capture that show's creativity. Though with PPGR, at least Craig and his guys came back.

"Ridiculous, Lucky Captain Rabbit King. Lucky Captain Rabbit King nuggets are for the youth!"

I too felt somewhat leftdown by this special. It went against character and the plot was contrite and weak. It was fanservice, but in a bad way. Slick animation aside, I feel like the only thing that could've saved this would've been a twist ending, like a character waking up from a dream.
