They will. The dumb thing is that I heard you have to beat the game once to unlock the original, Japanese voices. From that point on, you get to select whether which dub you want for each character. For me, the Anatsuken fighters (Ryu, Ken, Akuma(Gouki), and Gouken) are going to be original Japanese dub. God, I hope they don't even bother making a English track for Akuma (Gouki). He sounds fierce enough to not warrant a dub. I know some people have a problem with Guile's voice in Japanese, but I do like how the Japanese version sound when he does his ultra combo. So far, the only person I can't really stand for English dub is Dan.
