Street fighters vs Teken fighters

Hey dudes, I am Fan of Street fighter and I belive street fighter characters coould hands down smoke any tekken fighter. Well my buddy is a tekken fan and he believes the opposite. Anyway just for the sake of arguement who do you think would win these match ups.

Zangief VS Marduck (big ass vale dudo fighter)

Balrog (boxer)vs Steve (english boxer)

Elena (stf 3) vs christie Monteiro

Fielong vs Law

In most instances, I would say Street Fighter characters would beat Tekken characters.

However, I'm quick to point out this is like asking who would win in a fight between a guy wearing brass knuckles and a guy with a loaded machine gun.

With the exception of Jinpachi and some of the Devil/Angel incarnations, no one in Tekken can throw an energy projectile.

Yeah but every Tekken character has this certain ability no one in SF seems to.

old school 'fatal fury' was 2D too you moron, yet you can jump into the background (also in the naruto video games) to dodge moves

as a super fan of both its hard to choose, but if i had to i'd say tekken is my favourite hands down. Take law for instance, every game they put more research to make him more like bruce lee. In tekken 6 he has his famous 'fist of fury' side kick to the head to throat chop grab.

in tekken its more fair in some instance, in this even if they jump over you and far away a jump kick can STILL contect, and they can turn around and dragon punch you, I.E NO blind spots from behind

p.s tekken X street fighter looks fun to muck around...but not original...can anyone say 'rivial schools'...even SF EX3 did tag mode.
