Cheat Engine is not working

I recently installed Cheat Engine,and it isn't unlocking everything.

After I chose Street Fighter IV from the list of processes,I clicked the button next to it and selected "Unlockeverything".

But it didn't unlock everything!!!

Am I doing something wrong?The game IS on at the same time.


I should have known those alien maggots booby trapped this sub.
