If its banned here in the UK, can anyone tell me if I can still get it on dvd via the net?

I've been looking around and can't find a single DVD release of it anywhere, not even a Japanese one! HMV still have it advertised on their website for pre-order at only £5.99, great price but it'll be withdrawn soon unfortunately.
