...when the killer manually assaults (for lack of a better word) the woman, she was totally faking it. Honestly, in that situation, would you be able to overcome your fear enough to 'get off'? I doubt it very much. But, there were a lot of things about this movie that were far-fetched...ending scene, anyone?

in this case, I think she wasn't faking it. It's one thing to fake it, it's another thing to actually release yourself, and I would think the torturer knows the difference between pee and sexual fluids.

For the guy, yeah he would shrink up pretty quickly, especially if he's not into guy on guy so how he was able to release himself, that seemed far-fetched.
