Comes off as somewhat pornographic

I am a huge fan of watching movies that push me to the limits, and I even like some of them as genuinely good movies. Hell, I've seen A Serbian Film at least 4 times because of how interesting and well made it is, with a decent plot too which is rare with these movies. Point being, this post is not about how "disgusting" this film is or anything like that.

The point I'm trying to make is that these movies can be as extreme as they want, but there's something a little more unnerving when it seems like the movie is doing so for a sexual purpose. I know this is a horror film, but I can't help but feel there's some weird sexual undertones with it in the worst ways possible. Maybe it's the several minutes long forced fingering scene in the beginning, the almost-complete absence of plot, and everything just going well for the gleefully sadistic protagonist (the killer).

It's hard to explain really as Flower of Flesh and Blood, Mordum, and even Irreversible, because it's scene is not done in any sexually stimulating way at all, do not give me the same feeling. Am I the only person who watches these types of movies and agrees to some extent?
