Use of soundtrack Good or Bad?

Did anyone else find this soundtrack both fitting and haunting? I found that by using sparingly use of music the film was that much more effective. The person sitting next to me said it would have been more powerful had they not used any music, sort of like what Michael Haneke does.

I thought the score was excellent: fitting and yes, "haunting" is the right word. One of the few good things about the film.

My bad. I thought I was allowed to have an opinion.

I found the sound track excellent. It somehow gave insight into the feelings of the child and how innocent eyes can make sense or begin to comprehend the evil around her.
(spoiler alert)
Her precious angelic song at the end, the innocence and beauty of goodness. This is a very special film and I was deeply moved by it.

My feelings almost exactly. I loved the soundtrack and am trying to nail it down to get a copy of it. Well put.
