Sharon, get an attorney and sue Hard Rock

Someone really needs to rethink Matt's recent promotion. For him to insult Sharon and make multiple disparaging comments about her age even privately, much less on a cable broadcast is a clear violation of both federal and state age discrimination laws and could subject Hard Rock to a class action lawsuit. In one episode Matt stated that Sharon was "beneath him." If Sharon was African American, she would own Hard Rock.
