Hi, I just finished watching this movie last night on lifetime.com

Does anyone know who sings the song at the end of the movie during the credits?

Does anyone know the song? I have typed up the lyrics I heard from the movie, but I can't find it online. Here they are:

something lucid this is new
and on the other side all i see is you
you speak my language i don't speak yours
now we find ourselves besides this...
