Alright, I don't think I've ever seen a Hallmark movie before, but I want to see this one because Natasha Lyonne's in it. What should I be expecting? Tons of cheese?

I have my reservations about it. I will give it 30 minutes, and if I don't care for it, I will not hesitate to flip the channel; I know it will not redeemed in the end.

"The Russell Girl" from a year ago was sappy. I only gave it a 4.

Hallmark movies are usually pretty good. Usually sentimental and crafted to tug at your heartstrings just a bit (just like the cards) but usually well-cast and directed, etc. This movie was no different--heartwarming and entertaining. Much better than Lifetime originals, IMO.
